TPTcv (Penistone - Dunford Bridge) is a voluntary organisation which carries out practical work on the Trans Pennine Trail between Penistone and Dunford Bridge.

We usually hold workdays every Wednesday; maintaining the Trail as a pleasant natural environment both for the wildlife and the general public.

TPTcv is also developing the potential of the Trail by installing picnic facilities, information about the environment, and the history of the route when it was a busy railway line.

Newcomers are very welcome; no experience is necessary - if you would like to come along please see FAQ; look at the Workdays page for details of upcoming workdays, or contact us for further information.

TPTcv supports corporate volunteering: please get in touch and let us know your requirements.

TPTcv has no income of its own, and is very grateful to members of the public who have kindly made donations to support our work on this section of the Trail. We are now registered as a charity for tax purposes.
